The Founders emerge from the Chamber. The first foundations of Blacksky are established. Order begins to replace ruin. Purpose begins to replace uncertainty. This age marks the birth of Blacksky itself.

Historical Record​

The Founders marked the first known presence of organized civilization within the chronicles of Blacksky. Little is known of the time preceding their emergence. The Chamber of Emergence existed before recorded history, standing alone beneath what would one day become Aternum. No records survive from before this age, and none can say how long the Chamber endured in silence.

What is known is that the Founders emerged from the Chamber and began the first acts of construction, preservation, and order. At this stage there was no city. No Imperium. No Hall of Dread. No Archives. Only the earliest foundations and the belief that something greater could be built. The significance of this age lies not in what was created, but in what began. For the first time, purpose replaced uncertainty. The Founders established the principles that would eventually shape every institution of Blacksky: order, continuity, preservation, service, and discipline.

Every district of Aternum, every hall of governance, every Legion, every Chapter, and every record preserved within the Archives traces its origin back to this moment. The city had not yet been built. The Imperium had not yet risen. But the foundation upon which all things would stand had finally been laid.
